Cancellation & Refund Policy

EXPLORE HOLIDAYS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of issuing them.

  • EXPLORE HOLIDAYS does not accept cancellation requests for any bookings unless customer issues a warning ahead of booking incase of any expected events, incase of unexpected events Non Cancellable products will not be refunded. cancellable products are refunded with deduction of cancellation fees from our vendor as well as our company.

  • In case of problems or error in booking our service please report the same to our team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Not Applicable of completion of the service.

  • In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Not Applicable of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the EXPLORE HOLIDAYS, it’ll take upto 30 Business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic customers, orders are processed and booked and communicated through WhatsApp or email from the official phone numbers +91 9442244321 / +91 9344536171. Orders are Processed within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. EXPLORE HOLIDAYS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the our vendors. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration or via phone from our official phone numbers.
